We use an AI-powered tool called Numo as part of our rate negotiation and market analysis process. Numo analyzes market trends and rate data to support our dispatchers in securing the best possible rates for our carriers. We do not feed personally identifiable information into Numo beyond what is operationally necessary. Any data processed through this system is handled in accordance with this policy.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations. If you request that we delete your information and we are not legally required to retain it, we will do so within a reasonable timeframe.
